David Key is a licensed and bonded Public Insurance Adjuster in the state of Texas. His decade of experience as a firefighter and fire safety inspector gives him a wealth of knowledge and experience in building construction and a keen attention to detail and documentation. In addition to his experience in the fire service, David has held a property and casualty Insurance Producer license in the states of Texas and Ohio for nearly 5 years. His experience on the sales side of the insurance industry has allowed him to have in-depth knowledge of policy language as well as an inside knowledge of the claims process from the insurance company side. He is a helper at heart and connects personally with his clients to help them navigate through the entire claims process from start to finish to achieve the best possible outcome.

We coordinate all the necessary experts to fully document the scope of the damage to your property before compiling and submitting our valuation to the insurance company. We use a battery of forensic tests to determine whether previously denied or excluded damage is covered under the terms of the policy. Once the estimate is submitted, we follow-up diligently and fight to get you paid what you are owed under the terms of the policy - nothing more, nothing less.
